Last year blogger Funky Dineva exposed a video of Kordell Stewart claiming it was submitted to him by an angry ex- gay lover. According to TMZ, Stewart is suing Latham for a December 2016 post that included video of a partially-naked Stewart. In the docs, obtained by TMZ , Stewart also accuses Latham of creating a fake email account – which he used to make it seem like the video had been exchanged between Kordell and another man. Kordell is seeking unspecified damages. Kordell initially claimed his ex, Porsha Williams from 'Real Housewives,' had stole the video from him and submitted it to the blog.
