- The rapper is being sued over a 2015 underage sexual video.
- In October 2018, Tekashi took a plea deal in the criminal case and admitted to making the video featuring a 13-year-old girl, in which he was sentenced to 4 years of probation.
- According to TMZ, the woman identified as Jane Doe, claims she was the 13-year-old in the video and is suing the rapper for child sexual assault, child sexual abuse, and infliction of emotional distress.
- The suit stems from a party in 2015 where she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol and was unable to consent to be filmed by the rapper and another adult. Those videos were posted online later.
