Stacey Dash will not be prosecuted in her domestic violence case. Dash pleaded not guilty to one domestic violence charge on Wednesday, October 2, after being arrested on September 29 following an argument with her lawyer husband, attorney Jeffery Marty at an apartment in New Port Richey, Florida. She pushed him and slapped his face, the report said, leaving the victim with “red scratch marks to his left upper arm.” “After we completed our investigation, we determined there was not a criminal offense to prosecute," said Assistant State Attorney Bryan Sarabia, who oversees prosecutions in west Pasco County. “Like normal married couples my husband and I had a marital dispute that escalated,” the former Fox News personality, 52, wrote on Twitter. “Thank you for your support and love. Please give him the same.” It was Stacey's husband who bailed her out of jail and he also refused to press charges.
