Usher has demanded sanctions on the unnamed accuser who said she infected her with the herpes virus after she refuses to answer questions during her deposition. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Usher is requesting that a Los Angeles judge to award him $2,500 in sanctions against his accuser and her legal team. During the deposition, Usher clearly grilled her about the allegations he gave her the STD. He is seeking for the judge to order Doe to answer the questions and wants her sanctioned for not giving up the information. Usher says that Doe’s refusals were “based on two objections, both of which are so frivolous as to be sanctionable.” In other news, Usher is getting the business on social media for making an inappropriate comment about Kirstie Ennis before presenting her ESPYs award. Social media users have accused Usher of sexualizing Ennis. During the 2019 ESPY Awards Wednesday night, Usher presented the Pat Tillman Award for Service to Marine Corps veteran and amputee Kirstie Ennis. After the video clip in honour of Kirstie played for the audience, Usher followed up with: “And if that wasn’t enough, you guys don’t know, she also, too, climbed in Joshua tree — naked. She deserves an award for that, alone. Tattoos, crazy.”
