Power 99's Rise N Grind Morning show co-host, Roxy Romeo, took the field on Monday October 29th for charity at the 6th Annual NRG Charity Flag Football Tournament which took place at the NovaCare Center in South Philadelphia.
Representing iHeartRadio, Roxy joined other media celebrities and personalities including Matt O'Donnell with 6abc, Kyle Scott with Crossing Brand, Kristen Herrmann from BenFM, Laura Boss from WOGL 98.1, Zach Seward from Technical.ly Philly, Randy Gyllenhaal from NBC 10 Philadelphia, Marc Farzetta from 97.5 Fanatic, Kristen Rodgers and Chris Connell from Fox 29, Ilia Garcia from Univision 65, Vittoria Woodill from CBS3, and more. The event was hosted by NRG General Manager and Vice President, Mike Starc. Coaches included former Eagle's offensive tackle and offensive assistant coach, Tra Thomas, along with former Eagles defensive end/ linebacker, Michael Mamula.
The game was complete with cheerleaders and Swoop! The NRG Charity Football Game gave $30,000 to charity.
