Drake is suing Instagram model Layla Lace for civil extortion, emotional distress, fraud, abuse of process, and defamation after he says she falsified a pregnancy. Drake said that he did have consensual sex with Lace on tour while in England early last year. When he didn't take Lace with him and continued touring is when things took a turn for the worse.
