Jay-Z’s Made In America festival is reportedly adding more security for 6ix9ine’s performance, and a drunk fan rushed the stage Saturday during a concert featuring Jay-Z and Beyoncé .Atlanta police officer Lisa Bender said that 26-year-old Anthony Charles Thomas Maxwell ran on stage, approached Jay-Z and made contact with him as the ‘‘On the Run II’’ concert was ending Saturday night.
