Janet Jackson is set to receive the Icon Award at this year's Billboard Music Awards. Miss Jackson will also make her first televised performance in nine years. Janet joins an esteemed list of past Icon Award recipients. Prince, Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion, Cher, and Neil Diamond have all previously received the honor. Kelly Clarkson will host the 2018 Billboard Awards, which will be broadcast live on NBC on May 20.
