Wendy congratulated Snoop Dogg for his #1 gospel record, while dissing the Clark sisters. “If I were the Clark Sisters, would I be mad that Snoop got to number one? ”The Clark Sisters, they’ve been doing gospel forever, have they gotten a number one? Oh well, step up your game.” It didn’t take long for the gospel community to get wind of Wendy’s comments and everyone from Fred Hammond, Tasha Cobbs, Kierra Sheard, Kirk Franklin, and Michelle Williams took to social media to defend the legendary sisters.
