Quantasia Sharpton, the woman who is suing Usher for allegedly exposing her to herpes, lied about having video of her alleged sexual encounter with Usher. Quantaisa's attorney Lisa Bloom tells TMZ, her client's statement is really just a "misunderstanding" ... Bloom says there is no sex tape. Bloom says they still believe the two may have been caught on the hotel’s surveillance system.
