DMX is entering an inpatient rehab program. According to the NY Daily News, DMX's lawyer Murry Richmond says that the rapper's decision to check into rehab was a "voluntary" move. And while he no longer has to walk around with the monitor, DMX will still need to seek approval should he decide to travel outside New York state. The rapper, whose birth name is Earl Simmons, tested positive for cocaine and pot several times while out on bail for his federal tax fraud case.
