According to reports the former husband of Lil Wayne’s ex-wife Toya Wright is fighting for his life. MempHitz rejected a plea deal that included a 10 year prison sentence with 15 years probation in exchange for pleading guilty to armed robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Instead a trial date has been set for June. Memphitz could face 20 years in prison. Cops said Memphitz, pulled a gun on a car wash employee and accused the man of stealing marijuana out of his Jeep after he took it there to have it cleaned.
