Comedian Aries Spears is taking legal action after he was attacked by a radio host during an interview last month. Spears plans to file a lawsuit against host Zo Williams and the station as early as Tuesday, TMZ reports. During the interview Aries and Zo got into a heated debate when Spears joked "light skinned n***as" like Zo always get loud, which prompted the online radio station employee to strike Spears in the head several times.
