In honor of the one-year anniversary of ‘Formation,’ Beyoncé has announced a new scholarship program for young women.The “Formation Scholars” program is meant to “encourage and support young women who are unafraid to think outside the box and are bold, creative, conscious, and confident,” according to Beyonce.com. Four scholarships will be awarded for the 2017-2018 academic year and will be available at Howard University, Spelman, Berklee College of Music and Parsons School of Design.
