Keyshia Cole's sister, Neffeteria and her husband Shelby appeared on Iyanla, Fix My Life. On the sixth season opener, Neffeteria “Neffe” Pugh gets called “a nasty vile guttersnipe right up out the hood.” Neffie addressed being called a “guttersnipe” by saying, “I’mma receive it how I receive it and I receive it in this nature, in order for one to identify with that you had to have been that yourself.” Iyanla does not pull any punches, .but at the same time she is very encouraging.
