Mel B’s ex-husband is seeking more than just joint custody of their five-year-old daughter, he now wants visitation rights for the daughter she shares with Eddie Murphy. Sources have told TMZ that Stephen Belafonte wants visitation rights for Angel, having been her stepfather since she was born. Angel was just two months old when the couple married. He also contends Murphy has not provided a major presence in Angel's life, according to TMZ.
