Trey Songz is in jeopardy of losing his luxury Miami condo. According to The Dirty, Songz was slapped with a lawsuit demanding the property’s foreclosure due to $1,700 in unpaid homeowners association fees. Court records show that the association placed a lien on the property in January, demanding payment of the monthly dues dating back to October of 2016. The association wants Trey kicked off the property and the condo sold with the proceeds used to pay off his HOA debt.
