Chris Brown is reportedly dodging his ex-girlfriend's restraining order. According to Chris Brown’s lawyer, who spoke to the press outside of a Santa Monica, Calif. courtroom on Wednesday, Chris Brown won’t allow his law firm to accept service of the paperwork concerning Karrueche’s restraining order against him. It's forced the court in Santa Monica, California to delay a morning hearing on the matter until April 19.
