Trey Songz has declined a plea deal offered to him. Last December, Trey was accused of punching a Detroit police sergeant after a concert in Detroit. According to reports Trey Songz was offered a plea deal that would reduce his felony count to a misdemeanor, include two years probation, plus drug and alcohol screening and anger management. Instead Tremaine will take his case to court where he faces up to four years in prison. The next hearing is set for March 10th.
