Former NBC host Tamron Hall is being encouraged to take up the co-host chair on ABC's Live with Kelly. A spy spotted the former “Today” host discussing her career over lunch with Discovery’s Henry Schleiff at Michael’s.“He was encouraging her to join Kelly,” a spy told us. “He said, ‘Throw your hat in the ring! Lighten things up.’ ”Hall abruptly left NBC News (including her gig at the Today and MSNBC) after news broke that former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly would take over the hour of NBC’s Today hosted by Hall and Al Roker.
