Eve Jihan Jeffers-Cooper hails from West Philly, and is renowned as being the First Lady of Ruff Ryders, and afffectionately known as the Pit Bull in a Skirt...She was the inaugural winner of the Grammy Award for Best Rap/Song Collaboration in 2002, for the song "Let Me Blow Ya Mind". As an actress, Eve is known for her roles as Terri Jones in the films Barbershop, Barbershop 2: Back in Business and Barbershop: The Next Cut. Eve has also achieved success in fashion, with her clothing line, Fetish. For 4 years, she served as a permanent co-host on the television show ‘The Talk’, and was a part of the all star cast of the ABC Dramedy, ‘Queens’. Eve gave birth in 2022 to her first child, a boy named Wylde, with husband, Maximilian Cooper. And in 2024, released her autobiography, ‘Who’s that Girl…A Memoir’. Most recently, Eve was awarded a Grammy for her songwriting and vocal contributions to The Roots, ‘You Got Me’. Uncredited at the time of it’s release…The Grammy’s presented Eve with the Award on January 28th, righting an omission that took place 27 years ago…and making for her 2nd Grammy recognition.
