Damon Dash is asking a family court judge to cut him some slack.
The media mogul says he shouldn’t have to pay child support for his 19-year-old daughter Ava. But apparently, he made an agreement to pay $6000 a month total for both of his kids, and that doesn’t stop at age 18.
Dame alleges extenuating circumstances, claiming that he’s only making 10 percent of what his ex Rachel Roy does, and can’t afford the lavish lifestyle and international trips she takes with his $56,000 a year in gross income. He says he’s no deadbeat, considering he’s paying $3666 a month for 11-year-oldTallulah’s private school.
But he doesn't just want to turn off the spigot. Dame doesn’t just want to stop paying forAva. He wants a refund for money he’s already paid. (TMZ)
