- Everything he's doing is just pissing the judge off more. It feels like he doesn't take this process seriously -- so don't be surprised when they try to make an example out of him.
- This could have all been over already. Should have, even.
- Like we saw in Meek Mill's case -- sometimes law & order can get twisted.
- He can run but he can't hide. Sooner or later, the long arm of the law will reach out and snatch you up.
- Maybe he keeps trying to stall because he thinks consequences are inevitable.

The Brooklyn rapper failed to show up for a scheduled court date on Wednesday. The rapper’s legal counsel blamed his busy schedule for the absence, saying, “The defendant was in Dubai, was in the Netherlands, and is trying to come back today.” The prosecutor snapped back with, “All that [means] is he should have booked a flight a day early.”
He’s due back in court on Tuesday to address whether or not he violated a 2017 plea agreement tied to his role in a sexual assault case. Tekashi’s team argues he’s in the clear because the agreement expired and he hasn’t been arrested. But the district attorney has said on the record that they decide whether the agreement was violated, not Tekashi. (PageSix)
