Usher is in some serious trouble! Another woman has come forward claiming that she slept with Usher, unprotected, earlier this year. She filed a $10 million lawsuit because she didn't know that he had herpes. This woman, that goes by Jane Doe, said that she slept with Usher earlier this year in New Orleans. She also admitted to giving him oral sex. And in case you forgot, Usher is married and has been married for almost 2 years.
Jane Doe wants $10 million for negligence, battery, and emotional distress.
