WATCH: Corporal Punishment Approved at Schools in Texas!

Is this crazy to anyone else? I know that corporal punishment exists in other countries, but I have never known it to exist here in the US. 

What do you think? Agree or disagree? Would you allow your child's teacher to paddle your child?
