When I first saw this, I thought it was a joke lol. I can't believe that someone is actually suing Planet Hollywood for ASSAULT, of all things, because they got scared of a mannequin. This person has to be desperate for money or something! His argument is that he thought the mannequin was a person, trying to harm him. I am not making this up.
