Back in 2015, Rick Ross was charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, aggravated battery & a few others when he held his groundskeeper against his will in Atlanta. The man claims that Ross held him at gun-point & pistol-whipped him.
Regardless of how terrible it was, Rozay had his day in court & got off easy.
Ross pled no contest to one count of felony aggravated assault, while all the other felony charges were dropped. The judge was extremely lenient. He sentenced Ross to time already served in jail — he spent a week behind bars after his initial arrest — and a $10,000 fine.
After all of that, his slate his wiped clean. The judge sentenced him as a first-time felony offender, so after he pays the fine, his conviction will be completely erased
If I was the gardener, I would be pissed as hell with that outcome!
