SMH: Man Shot in Head, Killed on Septa Market-Frankford El Train
Even in the midst of a global pandemic, Philly can't put the guns down. A 41 year old man was found shot in the head around 12:30 this morning on the El near Kensington and Allegheny Avenues. He died shortly after at Temple University Hospital.
