Wow: Teenager Slams Baby in Car Seat to the Ground While High on Drugs
I will never understand why people take drugs that can make you temporarily lose your mind. An Oklahoma teenager has been arrested after security cameras caught him walking through a parking lot and picking up a stranger's car seat and slamming it to the ground with the baby still inside of it. Thankfully, the baby only sustained minor injuries.
