I don't understand how the victim in this situation ends up being done wrong by people who's job it is to keep control. A Jamaican woman on a plane from Barcelona to London was berated by a white passenger who made numerous racial insults towards her because she was taking too long to allow him to get to his seat. The woman, who is 77, suffers from severe arthritis. Instead of settling the issue, Ryan Air flight attendants forced the woman to switch her seat while the man who caused the incident kept his. SMH
