Creepy: Man With No Nose Arrested for Child Pornography
This guy belongs in a horror movie.
Thankfully he was caught and won't be able to hurt a child again.
A convicted sex offender missing a nose was arrested in Arkansas last week on charges of possession of child pornography.
Joshua Box, 35, from Fayetteville, was indicted on June 5 on four counts of receiving material involving the sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of possessing material involving the sexual exploitation of a minor younger than 12.
He was booked into the Washington County Jail on those counts two days after a grand jury returned the indictment.In late May, the Washington County Sheriff's Office posted a notice on its
Facebook page letting local residents know that Box, who is a Level 2 sex offender, had moved to Fayetteville.
The notice pointed out that Box was not wanted by police at that time.According to the status update, Box was convicted in August 2015 of possession of 2,500 photos and 450 videos depicting children engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
He was determined to be in the Medium Risk category, meaning he’s a person who could re-offend.
According to an arrest warrant related to his previous conviction and cited by KSFM, Box told authorities he had been downloading child pornography from the time he was 15 years old.There is no word on how or when Box was disfigured. Booking photos of the suspect reveal that he has mounds of scar tissue on his face, as well as a tracheotomy tube in his throat. -(Snejana Farberov, Daily Mail)
