A Pennsylvania man has been hit with numerous charges after police found his 22 month old son living in a wooden cage, being treated worse than most dogs.
According to Fox 43, 39-year-old Cecil Eugene Kutz was left with his three children after their mother, Tiffany George, was sent to the hospital for childbirth complications. Kutz was responsible for the care of a 22-month-old son, 1-year-old son, and 1-day-old baby girl — the mother had just given birth to their daughter that morning.
