Father Kills Two Daughters Before Dying In Shootout With Police
If you want to kill yourself, get help and don't bring innocent people into it with you!
Sadly, that's exactly what an Oregon man did earlier today.
The family's identities have not been released, but we do know that the father of two girls, ages 8 and 11, were murdered by their suicidal father.
A Portland woman told police early Wednesday that her suicidal husband was missing along with their daughters, ages 8 and 11. The man had been threatening the girls, according to police.An officer spotted the man's SUV in a parking lot in nearby Gresham. The officer got out of his patrol car, and shots were fired. The man's car was also on fire, according to KGW.Officers rushed to try to save the children, but they were found dead in the backseat. One officer was injured, according to KGW."It's a horrible and horrific situation for all involved," Gresham police Sgt. John Rasmussen told KGW. -(NY Daily News)
