Lil Wayne has been entertaining us for over 20 years and he is finally receiving his first diamond plaque. Can you believe it's been over a decade when Lil Wayne released his song "Lollipop" from The Carter III. Well that is the song that got him at diamond status. The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced on Wednesday (Dec. 14) that Lil Wayne officially joined the diamond club after his 2008 hit “Lollipop”. They congratulated Wayne via social media. On top of that, Lil Wayne thanked his fans via social media as well, saying he wouldn't be here without the fans.
