We know how wild DaBaby can be and we've seen some moments of him hitting people. However, the rapper claims innocent in some recent claims that he attacked a concert promoter. Radar Online reports DaBaby is now suing a Florida concert promoter for allegedly attacking the promoter in 2020. DaBaby said he didn't lay hands on the guy. The rapper and his team are asking for the civil lawsuit to be thrown out of court. So here is how it wend down. DaBaby and his company were sued by concert promoter Kenneth Carey, who said DaBaby agreed to host a party for $20k. They were provided with a rental car, which, the promoter said the team returned the car with damages. After telling DaBaby they had to pay for the damages, DaBaby pressured Carey to pay up more money since they had to come out of pocket for the damages and when Carey refused, he said he was allegedly attacked by the DaBaby and his crew and didn't even show for the scheduled event. So Carey was suing for breach of contract, defamation and more and is seeking $6 million in damages. DaBaby did admit to certain actions but denied committing battery but admitted hitting another third-party present “once” with “an open hand.” He is countersuing the promoter for using his image without permission.
