Oprah's Name is Being Falsely Used For Weight Loss Gummies

You see weight loss and diet pills ads everywhere and sometimes you want to try them out especially when they are endorsed by celebrities. You may have seen ads recently with Oprah Winfrey. She has been doing well with her weight for years. However, Oprah is warning us not to believe the hype. Oprah hopped on Instagram to let people know she isn't endorsing any diet pills or gummies for weight loss. She said her name is being falsely used. And whatever company is using her name better watch out because that could be a potential lawsuit because it is using her likeness. Oprah said a woman came up to her asking how can she get Oprah's weight loss gummies and she had to explain to the woman there are none. And this isn't the first time someone came up to her. Oprah captioned her video, "Fraud alert! Please don’t buy any weight loss gummies with my picture or name on them. There have been social media ads, emails, and fake websites going out and I want you to hear it straight from me, that I have nothing to do with them. Please don’t be taken advantage of and don’t give your personal information to them."
