How was The Fugees going to do that reunion tour, that never happened? Pras is headed to court and there are some people that are about to testify in court in Pras' money laundering case. According to The Daily Mail, Pras Michel is headed to trial on November 4 for federal money laundering charges. In 2019, Pras pleaded not guilty to federal charges of conspiracy and falsifying records stemming from his alleged role in embezzling funds from the Malaysian government with ties to a fugitive businessman, Jho Low and Pras was allegedly paid anywhere from $8 to $40 million for his role in assisting Low. How crazy is that? Pras even used some of that money to fund the movie, Wolf of Wall Street. And because of that, even actor and star of that movie, Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the many people who will testify in Pras' case. Something tells me if that Fugees reunion tour were to happen, that money may have looked a little funny.
