Mona Scott-Young has teamed with 50 Cent to come up with a new series, actually, a true crime series and not your typical reality show that Mona is known to do. Both Mona and 50 are the executive producers of Hip-Hop Homicides. It will be a new series that will explore the epidemic of violence and Hip-Hop. The series will debut in November and will air on WeTV and is hosted by Van Lathan. Remember him from TMZ? The first episode will be about Pop Smoke's death and 50 Cent will be a part of that series as he was a mentor to Pop Smoke. If you don't remember, Pop was gunned down in California during an attempted robbery. That first show will air on Nov 3 at 9pm. Check out the trailer.
