It looks like Rick Ross may have to slow down making big purchases and getting his animals for his farm until he takes care of some important bills. We all know he owns some Wingstops but now, Rick Ross is catching some heat. According to TMZ, he and his company are under fire in Mississippi for allegedly skimming money from the wages of their Wingstop workers. The U.S. Department of Labor says they hit Rick Ross' company, Boss Wings Enterprises LLC, with a $114,427 fine for back wages and other penalties after the agency determined their franchises were violating labor laws. And here is how it gets ugly. Rick owns 5 locations there and the Dept. of Labor alleges the owners of those franchises were making the employees pay for their own uniforms, basic safety training and even cash register shortages. On top of that, many of the employees were taking home less than $7.25/hour after factoring in all the deductions, which isn't right under the minimum wage laws. Some owners were even making employees work overtime without the correct pay. Now even though the company is owned by Rick, we are hoping he isn't the blame behind what these owners have done, but someone needs to speak up. Even looking at one of his posts in Instagram, people are definitely upset about hearing that news.
