Now this is some bull and a messy situation. Trey Songz has been quiet about a few sexual assault allegations and it may be because he did nothing. According to TMZ, a woman, Jauhara Jeffries hit Trey with a lawsuit for sexual assault. This is the woman who said it happened in 2017 at a New Year's Eve party in Miami. But a woman, who was with Jeffries the night of the alleged assault, Mariah Thielen testified she met with Jeffries' attorney, Ariel Mitchell in 2021 at a bar in Miami. Here is where things go left. Thielen said Mitchell smelled like weed and had a gun on her. Like, why? Thielen said Mitchell tried to bribe her. Mitchell allegedly offered between $100-200k if Thielen would lie to say Trey sexually assaulted Jeffries and say Trey assaulted her, too. This is all according to a transcript. Thielen turned down the offer and even told Trey's legal time about that meeting. However, you already know the attorney, Mitchell has denied all of this, claiming Thielen is lying. This just really got interesting.
