Jussie Smollett Jumping Back into Acting for New Project Since "Attack"

If you thought Jussie Smollett was blackballed from starring in movies, you may be wrong. According to TMZ, Jussie will be in a new project called "B-Boy Blues" and it will be streamed on BET+, according to a source. This is actually Jussie's first project since his alleged attack in Chicago. So who is working with him on his first project since the attack? Mona Scott-Young, yes, the same one behind the Love and Hip Hop franchise. Her Monami Productions and Jussie were seen in New York to discuss the upcoming project, which was actually in a work in progress before the whole hate crime attack happened. Of course with that attack, it pushed things back. But Mona was going to stick with the project and it's set to premiere during Pride Month programming on BET+.
