Travis Scott is dealing with several lawsuits after people were killed and injured during his Astroworld Festival. There is now a newer lawsuit. TMZ reports a woman is suing the rapper because she claims she suffered a miscarriage. The woman, Shanazia Williamson, is coming for Travis as well as Live Nation and a few others claiming she attended the festival and was trampled during the crowd surge. She suffered injuries to several parts of her body and the injuries were so severe, she had a miscarriage. Her complaint doesn't say how far along she was, but there was an amended complaint, submitted a little over a month after the incident where Shanazia filed for wrongful death. In Texas, the law says a fetus that dies as a result of negligence can be the basis of a wrongful death lawsuit. It could be a fetus that isn't viable, but the parents could still sue for wrongful death. It's still sad to think about those people who were killed and injured.
