Mike Tyson Won't Face Charges After Attacking Man on Flight

You ever see regular people antagonizing celebrities? That's basically what a man did to Mike Tyson. Mike repeatedly punched a man on an airplane when the man seems to be bothering the boxer. According to TMZ, the man, Melvin Townsend III, allegedly threw a bottle and Mike and kept annoying Mike. However, the man's attorney said no bottle was thrown, but the man was "overly excited". Well, there is good news for Mike and that is he will not face any charges for the beatdown. Both Mike and the man wanted to avoid the courts, but also, the San Mateo County District Attorney said Monday morning because of "the conduct of the victim leading up to the incident, the interaction between Mr. Tyson and the victim, as well as the requests of both the victim and Mr. Tyson" no charges will be filed against the legendary fighter. We are pretty sure that man won't get as overly excited about the next celebrity he sits near on a flight.
