DaBaby has to be one of the luckiest rappers out here. He has been in trouble several times between fights and shootings. Those situations always get investigated but he gets clear. Last month, DaBaby shot a man in the leg at DaBaby's home in North Carolina. Billboard reports DaBaby will not face criminal charges for the incident, where will not face criminal charges over an incident. Of course the man that was shot was an alleged trespasser who hopped the fence on to DaBaby's property, so it does seem justified. As for this case, the police department in Troutman, North Carolina said that after consulting with the county district attorney’s office, the investigation had been “completed and closed,” and there will be no criminal charges for DaBaby.
