The police are still trying to figure out what was the motive behind the shooting in Brooklyn in the subway train station. Of course there was a person of interest, Frank R. James, who had ties to Philly. There was a U-Haul van near the scene as well as the rental van's keys that were on the scene with the weapons used in that shooting. James. 62, was taken into custody. What's even more crazy is that when police was looking into his background, they found several YouTube videos of James ranting about a lot of things from the mayor of New York to other things. James was dressed as a construction worker when he ignited smoking devices inside a subway car and began to shoot at passengers. Oh, but get this, James was the one who tipped police off to his location. He made the call saying he knew he was wanted and told police where to find him, according to 2 law officials as reported by NBC 10. James wasn't at that location, but the police did find him nearby. He was arrested Wednesday and charged with a federal terrorism offense. The charge against James carries a sentence of up to life in prison.
