Pooh Shiesty has been in jail since last summer over allegedly attempting to rob and shooting a Florida drug dealer during a robbery. This case has been changing a lot which included the victim recanting his statement that Pooh is the one who shot him. Then you had Pooh plead guilty to conspiracy of firearm possession. The Jasmine Brand reports that Pooh's lawyers are still pushing to have this case dropped because they claim Pooh has a net worth of approximately $3,449,446. They argue Pooh would not shoot a man over a few hundred dollars worth of drugs, and pushes for robbery and shooting charges to be dismissed. Pooh's lawyers basically said there is no evidence of Pooh's involvement in a robbery and there were not texts or audio discussing what happened. They even said there were no drugs or weapons that were seized. We will see if that argument will get Pooh free.
