Jussie Smollett was sentenced to 150 days for his hate crime hoax and when he was sentenced, he yelled in court that he wasn't suicidal. What a strange thing to yell. However, he was ordered to be placed under protective custody. But Jussie ended up in the psych ward and according to TMZ, Jussie was in the ward because the area houses high-profile inmates, according to law enforcement sources. Well, there is nothing wrong with that, right? Well Jussie's brother, Jocqui expressed concern immediately, saying official paperwork stated his brother was at risk of self-harm, although Jussie yelled if anything happened while he was in jail, he didn't do it. Well, Jussie is now out of the ward. He was moved because another detained person needed the cell, but Jussie wasn't strapped down to the bed or anything crazy, while in the ward, in case you were thinking of restraints on the actor.
