The pandemic is still going on, however and thankfully, the numbers are going down. Over the holiday break, the COVID surge was definitely up with the new variants and some places had to put mask mandates back in place. Philadelphia even implemented proof of vaccine for their restaurants. And while the Philly and mask mandate will remain in place, New Jersey and Delaware are easing up on the mandates. According to NBC 10, new COVID cases in Philly, New Jersey and Delaware are down as much as 90% versus early in the year. So with that, Gov. Phil Murphy said the mask mandate for schools will end March 7. He did say it's also up to the schools to determine if they want to keep the policy in place. Meanwhile, Delaware Gove. John Carney said the indoor mask mandate will end on Feb. 11 and the school mask mandate will expire March 31. What do you think about the change that is about to happen?
