Travis Scott is in a difficult place right about now. There have been several lawsuits that have come in over the tragedy that took place at his Astroworld Festival. There have been close to 300 lawsuits filed, according to Yahoo! About 10 people died with many being injured after people basically started a stampede and crushed other fans. Travis has asked a judge to dismiss one of the lawsuits. Travis is making clear that the deaths and injuries are not his responsibility, and he's asking the judge to toss the suit against him and his entities, like his Cactus Jack companies. His lawyer filed an answer to a lawsuit brought against the rapper by Jessie Garcia and issued a "general denial" to allegations in the lawsuit that Scott was responsible for the injuries and deaths at the November 5 concert. Travis asked for the lawsuit to be dismissed with prejudice, which means it can't be brought against him again.
