DaBaby is still dealing with a few things, and legal issues. Last year, a driver in Las Vegas said DaBaby attacked him during a ride. However, DaBaby's people described the allegations of the driver as a "money grab." Well, DaBaby catches a win and if he didn't he was prepared to fight the case because he denied everything the driver claims happened. According to TMZ, the misdemeanor battery charge was dismissed without prejudice. That means the case is a done deal and can't be refiled. In case you are wondering why it was dismissed, the D.A.'s Office said the rapper satisfied everything prosecutors asked him to do in order to resolve the case, including paying the alleged victim $7,500 and staying out of trouble.
